Morgan and I had some fun with the forward facing camera this week. She loves to be tickled on her tummy, but can you tell the TV is on and she’s trying to watch?Oh, THERE is my cute face!My best friend’s daughter, Brynn, turned 1 on Saturday. It was such a fun and pretty birthday party. Logan had a blast in the bounce house and Morgan loved being ‘hot potato baby’! Unfortunately, we only stayed an hour because the party was at 11:30 and the girls both nap at noon. I was SO proud of both of them for being pushed past their naptime, being very content with it AND napping well once we got home. I wore make-up AND styled my hair so I had to get a picture with my girls. The theme of the birthday party was bows because Brynn has had a bow in her since birth, and is just as precious as can be, so I made sure our girls rocked their bows. After the birthday party we watched our football team lose in the first round of the playoffs. They lost, but we looked good in our matchy-matchy jerseys. It finally feels like Winter here and even though it was cold the sun was shining and we enjoyed some time outside at the park. Logan stayed warm from all the running and climbing she did, and Morgan stayed warm snuggled against me in our LILLEbaby. I wrapped a blanket around us once I got her snuggled in the carrier, and her hat from HookSmart kept her head and ears warm. This picture right here is what most selfies with a toddler and baby look like. I call this one ‘Real Life’ 🙂
