Mommy & Me-Take 126

With the raging heat, and NO rain in the forecast, we have had to get creative with fun things to do with Logan. She loves to sing along with nursery rhymes, but we don’t want her plopped in front of the TV all day. Fortunately, we have a mall very close to us that has an indoor playground. We haven’t been since December when it was too cold and rainy to play outside. She had fun then and had even more fun now that she is bigger and can climb on most of the structures by herself.

It’s also nice the mall isn’t very busy so there were the perfect amount of kiddos for it to be fun, but she didn’t have to worry about not getting to do what she wanted. Our Milkshake is quite the independent lady lately.

She enjoyed identifying everything in the play area. And it was SO fun to have a super pregnant MommaE ‘sit here, momma’ quite frequently. ‘Sit on the flowers, momma!’

When Lillebaby released a new carrier that matches Morgan’s nursery I knew we needed it. I wish I had Logan’s reaction to the pretty teal color of it on video. ‘Ohhhhhhhh, PRETTTTTTTY!’ and she happily took a ride and let the Hubs snap some pictures.

I know the day will come when she doesn’t want to be carried or worn anymore but I hope it’s not any time soon. The way she says ‘Momma carry’ is just the sweetest. I love having her close to me, especially in busy places.

After a full day at school and a good amount of playing with MommaE and Father, it’s nice to snuggle up and watch some nursery rhymes. She LOVES this belly ~~bump~~ pillow. I know she will be happy when her baby sister is earth side (we ALL will be) but it is very sweet having her lay on the bump like it’s the most comfortable place in the house.
