Mommy & Me-Take 128

Our first full week with Morgan earth side was great. We took family/newborn pictures, went to Monkey Joe’s and gave our newest Milkshake family member tons and tons and tons of kisses. I am doing my best to give Logan one on one MommaE time in between nursing every 2-2.5 hours. We still love selfies, even if they are a little blurry. 

Baby sister is a pretty good bargaining tool! Logan, we are changing Morgan’s diaper, do you want to have yours changed, too? Logan, Morgan is having her jammies put on, let’s put yours on at the same time! So far it has worked out really well. The other night I brought Morgan in the bathroom while Logan was having her bath and look who already loves taking a selfie with her Momma!

Logan likes to ‘holda the babyyyyyy?’ and just smiles and kisses her the entire time. Oh, Morgan helps with getting Logan to settle on an outfit, too. Logan has been having PASSIONATE preferences with her outfits and if baby sister is in stripes I can usually convince her to wear stripes. If only I could convince her to wear this adorable Elmo hearts shirt I got her. It’s super cute and I’ve tried for over a week to put it on her and hysterical crying and her screaming ‘OFFFFFTT!!!’ follows.

Most of our time together this past week has been spent like this:

MommaE in jammies, Logan nakie (which is fine because she’s doing very well with going to the bathroom on the potty when she doesn’t have any bottoms on) and Morgan latched on. I know these precious moments pass too quickly so I am enjoying them, and trying not to feel guilty about the massive amount of time we have spent watching nursery rhymes.
